
Kansas City, Kansas, firefighters attacked a blaze at an old school district warehouse at 313 N. 10th St. on Saturday afternoon, Jan. 5.
The fire started in the east end of the building and burned to the west end on 10th Street. Crews unsuccessfully attempted to keep the fire out of the east end, where there was a machine shop.
Cars inside the facility, now rented for storage, were destroyed.
Police and fire authorities are looking for a white male approximately 6-foot-1, wearing Carhartt work apparel, who may have information about the cause of the fire.
