On Saturday, Nov. 2 at 11:00 a.m., the Argentine Betterment Corporation is sponsoring a community altar, a traditional “ofrenda” to celebrate Dia de Muertos.

The altar is located at Grounded Sole Coffeehouse at 3417 Strong Avenue, and the community is invited to bring photos, mementos, or other objects to celebrate and honor departed loved ones.

Participants can participate in sharing stories or reflections on the occasion.
